Hi, I have been looking for the baptisim of george hayes b1825 in Barnton or Barton cheshire He is not on the 1841 or 1951 census, he is on the 1861 having moved to Egremont in Wallasey. I do know his farther was James  and he may have a brother called John b1818 who was also in Wallasey at this time, and they were all blacksmiths. Hope someone can help.

there is a submitted entry on the IGI
name george bevan hayes.
date of chr. 26th july 1824.
place. wybunbury,cheshire,
parents. james hayes-harriet ellen.

i do not know how close wybunbury is to barton or barnton.

yes I know of george bevan I have seen him on the cencus, sadly I dont think its him because he is not a blacksmith and james is a vicer,but thanks for your help. Rocky
