Redflag -  if you're looking for the Avenells we found yesterday and today on the censuses, here are some of them:

John b. 1816  d. 1/1894  Maidstone  Ref: 2a 505

Caroline b. 1823  d.  1/1893 Maidstone ref: 2a 499

Thomas  b. 1857  d. 1/1911 Maidstone ref: 2a 578

Ann H  b. 1855  d. 2/1919 Maidstone  ref: 2a 911

Hope that helps - should shorten the list a bit!

Hi Redflagman

the more info you can give the better, otherwise its a long haul trawling through 70 years of death lookups. Wink

Hi Redflagman

With regard to burials, I would suspect that they are most likely to be buried at Sutton Road Cemetery at Maidstone which opened in 1858.  The registers will be with Maidstone Borough Council http://www.digitalmaidstone.co.uk/community/crematorium__cemetery.aspx
