I am looking for any info b. d. or m. on Patrick John Cannon (later known as John Patrick) & Ellen Mary Peacock (wife) possibly born in 1810 Leek Staffordshire, no m. found. There is a Patrick Canon! listed b. 29/11/1812 Crondon park Essex but i do not know if it is him. The only info I have are the 5 children b in Australia Ann E 1844, Ellen ( My gg grandmother)1847, Edward Patrick 1851, Martin JW.1853 & Joseph W. 1859. I do not know when or where they died, so cannot work from d. cert's. There are 20 d. listings of John Cannon from 1859 - 1912, 6 d. listings of Patrick Cannon, 4 d. listings of Ellen Cannon. I have applied for Joseph W's cert to help me but in the meantime if anyone can get find b. d. & m. of these 2 I would appreciate it. thankyou Vicki , cheers from oz

Hello, I was interested in this thread as looking at my wife's family tree, her great great grandmother was Annie Elizabeth Cannon, born in Sydney around 1845. We have no earlier information so I was keen to see if you had found anything further on your search regarding your great great grandmothers parents?
