« on: Friday 29 February 08 00:34 GMT (UK) »

Elizabeth born llandrindod wells James born puddleston herford both 29 on 51 census. these are my gt gt grandparents. If i can find where they moved around then i might be able to trace what happened to my gt grandad their son aaron he dissapears from records after 1871 census and appears for marriage in 1899

They had 3 children on the 1851 - the eldest aged 5 b Puddleston.  have you checked for her birth as a copy of her birth cert will give Elizabeths maiden name.  The 2 younger children were b Shropshire

James was 28 and Elizabeth was 29

thx EBN will hold that to get cert when get paid. It is just Aaron is finding hard to trace during 1871 till 1899.
With help from here managed to trace paternal family back quite a way and brought my dad great happiness on his birthday with the info. wanted to do the same for mum and yet again people on here come up trumps

Ask the local Register Office - Leominster  01568 610131 to check their index book for Pudleston for the 2 names.
