Richard Hopkins Perkins

Any information regarding the birthdate/parents/spouse's maiden name would be greatly appreciated.  He was born circa 1794 in Lymington and the censuses show him with his wife Sarah in Southampton where he was an auctioneer.  Many thanks.  He was the father of Sir Frederick Perkins who became Mayor of Southampton.

Richard Hopkins Perkins married Sarah Pardey 17 Jun 1820 at All Saints, Southampton.
