Can someone please remind me which boards do not allow us to use a quote or to enter a link.Is it just the look up boards for all counties.I sometimes forget i am on a lookup board and wonder why i keep getting the notice that i cant put a link up.

As far as I know, you may enter a link on any board.

The problem may occur as a result of the way in which you try to put the link there.  If you try to use the "copy and paste" function using right click of the mouse, the copyright warning notice tends to come up.

To copy a link, highlight it, use Ctrl C, and then to paste it in the message, use Ctrl V.  That is allowed everywhere, I believe.
