I am looking for the information for this marriage please? I'm not sure it's the right one so wondered if anyone has access to it (through the library or elsewhere) before I order the certificate please?

Hi
Can you include details of the quarter in which the marriage took place to help narrow the search for anybody looking it up in parish records
I have looked it up on freebmd and it was in the June quarter

1st May 1848
James Renshaw, of full age Widower, Residence Brinksway occupation Spinner Father's name James Renshaw occupation Carter.
married after banns
Ellen Bates of full age spinster Residence Brinksway Father's name John Bates occupation Overlooker
Witnesses Elizabeth Bates [hard to read but fairly certain it's Bates] and Geo Smith.
Geo Smith is witness on a lot of Cheadle marriages, think he's a church official
James signed his name Ellen made her mark
