Hello Gilbert,

Thank you for your reply.

As we are slightly getting away from the original context of this Topic (as quoted  below):

Hello To All RootsChat Members,

Does anyone happen to have this 'TURNBULL' family within their Family Tree?

Jeanette H.

I hope you do not mind if we continue this discussion about 'George TURNBULL' (born 1818), on my other Topic, as I feel it would be more relevant.

I am currently going through my research material, so I will be posting further information shortly relating to the connection between Thomas TURNBULL & Jean (Jane) VEITCH, and their son George TURNBULL.

So please click on the URL below:
Thomas TURNBULL - Merchant of Hawick, Roxburghshire, Scotland.
http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,59474.0.html

All will be explained or clarified as to what we know of so far, perhaps we can work out some of the confusion and duplication.

Thanking You,
Jeanette H.

Hi

I have a Margaret Turnbull in my Family Tree - she married James Park who was born in 1813 in Morebattle.  They had three children Thomas, James & Mary.

Any information appreciated

Hello Verbena,
I have not come across anything as yet in relation to a Margaret TURNBULL & James PARK.

However I will keep a look out for any relevant information and I will let you know if I do.

If you do find a definite connection to this family through your Margaret TURNBULL, please do let us know.

Recently I have had to update the list of Children of George TURNBULL & Betty WILSON, as I came across some additional ones.

Hope to be in touch.

I would like to acquire a copy of the John Wilson document mentioned in an email below. I descend from William Beck and Margaret Wilson.

As this is my first post to this forum, I don't know how to respond only to that post that discussed it, nor how to email that person directly/indirectly.

Thank you, and I'm sorry it doesn't apply to the original Turnbull post.
