Lamb family from Newcastle

Hi,

I am researching the Lamb family from the Elswick and Westgate areas of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and would love to make a connection with anyone else researching the same family.

I have found that William Lamb (b. Newcastle c.1819) married Mary Watson (b.Newcastle c.1822) at St. John's in Newcastle in 1840. Their children were:-

Ann Elizabeth Lamb (1841-) m. Elijah Copland in 1870;

John Lamb (1842-1880) (b.Earsdon);

Elizabeth Lamb (1845-) m. James Davison in 1870;

Thomas Lamb (1847-) m. Margaret Jane Scott in 1870;

Edward Lamb (1849- ) m. Sarah Jordan in 1885;

William Lamb (1851-) m. Sarah Ann Curry in 1874. Their son Matthew Ridley Lamb (1879-1916) died of wounds received in France in 1916 and is buried in St. John's Cemetery, Westgate, Newcastle. - see grave below;

Matthew Ridley Lamb (1854-1936) m. Margaret Mary Harrison in 1879. Their son, Lawrence Lamb was killed at the Somme in 1916;

Margaret Lamb (1856-);

Stephen Lamb (1858-) m. Elizabeth Ann Stark in 1894;

Henry Forster Lamb (1862-1915) m. Sarah Jane Stainsby in 1884;

Richard Lamb (1864-) m. Lydia Victoria Donkin in 1894.
