hello chatters does anybody out there have any info on william nisbet and katherine pearsone?  parents siblings children i have williams birthdate as dec. 28 1681 i have nothing on katherine... beans

Hello beans,

A quick check of the IGI appears to show no marriage for this couple between 1690 and 1720.

Chldren born to the couple  or at least a couple of the names indicated.

1.  James Nesbit  ch.  11 Apr 1701  Edinburgh Parish, Edinburgh, Midlothian
2.  Will Nesbett  ch.  04 Jul 1706, Montrose, Angus.
3.  Herculus Nisbett  ch.  12 May 1711 Montrose, Angus

Thre is also a Robert Nesbit - born to a Williasm Nesbit and a 'Jane' Pearson on 15 Feb 1704, in Montrose, Angus.

1.  Enter father and mothers names in the 2 right hand boxes
2.  'Event' select 'birth/christening'
3.  'Year' - select - type '1710'
4.  'Year range' -  enter - '+ or - 20 years'
5.  'Region' enter 'British Isles'
6.  Country - enter 'Scotland'
7.  County - enter - 'Angus’                 (assumes this is the county you’re searching in) - or better to leave the box blank?

*   Press enter and hopefully up will come a list   :O)

To get any meaningful info on Katherine - hopefully you'd have to find a death entry for her after 1855. 

If not, the IGI shows 3 K P's in the timeframe born 1680 to 1700 - a possible for you would be one  born in 1687?
