I have found George Thomas William Fairbrass birth reg Daventry J/S 1909. Does anybody know his parents names so that I can connect him to my tree. Thanks

If you know the parish he was baptised in, then I can look at the relevant registers at Daventry library.

If not, then I think you'll have to buy the certificate to find his parents' names.

Hi Pennie, Sadly I don't know his baptism parish. I know he married in Woolwich in 1933, was a senior partner at George Corderoy & Co Westminster and died 1978 Folkestone Kent. It is the Daventry birth that is the problem as I have no Fairbrass events there since 1848. I guess I will wait for the 1911 Census and hopefully pick him up there. As he will be on a distant line from my branch I really don't want to have to purchase a certificate. Thanks for your help, John
