Hello again Rosie
I agree about the Gotobed name, I have Eliza Gotobed married to my James Sennitt in 1845 and they had 5 children in Stretham, Cambs. James Father (my G/G/Grandfather) William married 3 times and had about 16 children (at last count!!) with all 3.  It was James' brother Joseph that married into the Langford family which is my direct line. If u want the names of Eliza's children let me know, dont know if they're right tho as i havent got as far as checking them out yet.
Regards Margaret.

Thanks for the offer Margaret,

Just wondered if they were related, probably are if we go back far enough but I think I'll save that for when I've found all my lost direct line family.

Hi
I am thrilled that someone has found the parents of William Langford b c 1800 he is my G.G.G Grandfather.. as I have never been able to find out who his parents are. He definitley married Anne Marie Boardman and they had a number of children, I have a full family tree and certificates of death etc..... any other info re William Langford that you know would be great to hear.

I am not quite clear how you are connected to William, but I can give you chapter and verse on all his descendents.

regards

Hi again Denise,
My Langford was Mary b.c1815 and died aged 81 on 08/03/1896 and she married Joseph Sennitt on 23/12/1834, daughter Sarah Ann reg. the death and she was a Widow by then.  Her Father was William Langford b.c1791 and he married Sarah Savidge, and i am a descendent of Joseph and Mary Sennitt.  Have u got these on yr list, i do hope so.  I believe they lived in Stretham, Cambs as most of the Sennitts did and also she is buried in St James Church, Stretham, date 12/3/1896, with Joseph.
Thanx again.
Mags.
