Hello again, am trying to trace twin boys * born in 1945-1950 in grantham lincs. Can you help please ?

For that period you will need to search the full GRO index  which is available at your nearest main library.  It can also be searched online if you have an Ancestry subscription or at www.findmypast.com which is a paysite
