is anyone connected to eliza hughes or mizella wells and her grand-daughter lovinia??
have short b&w film of eliza's death and new queen, mirella/mizella wells smoking a pipe and sitting with g.daughter lovinia. its a classic. Wink

www.britishpathe.com    on entering site just type in the word gypsy and a whole load of films will come up which you can watch for free.

yes,cathayb here i know meillas grandaughter lovie(lovinia well,she was miella the sister of teannie hughes who married a benham.i also know tea annies daughter.she is still alive and is 86.i visit her regularly.miella was a hughes,married a isaacs and then a wells.she lived around yeovil and bunkum hill in somerset.i have a very full tree on that part of the hughes family and i know of some of their relatives still alive would very much like to be in contact with you if you are connected.it would be best to give me your address if you are a relative,email address that is,as some of it may be personel if you know what imean,i will need to contact family 1st with your details.anything relevant i will add to this link if you ask the questions you want answers too.lots of romany hugs cathayb..   hi again louise.
