Does anyone have access to the Asthall Parish Registers please.
Looking for name of father of Sarah Eden who married John Broadist 18 Feb 1817 in Asthall, also names of witnesses if recorded. I know who John's father was but there are 2 possiblities for Sarah's.

Thanks. One or two of the registers I have looked at pre 1837 do mention fathers. I was hoping Asthall might be the same. Oh well back to the drawing board

You could try asking Roots Chat members for the birth info and parent(s) of these three girls. Charlotte/ Esther and Sarah Eden.
Because they were all married in Astall, it's possible they were sisters.
No baptism records for Astall in IGI unfortunately (although they may not have necessarily been born in this village). If you can link the three of them together, chances are that you've found your Sarah and her parents.
