Reformatory farm school for boys

Devon and Exeter Reformatory Farm school for Boys, Whipton.
Can anyone give me info on this school from 1900 onwards.
Have found plenty before that date.

It is shown on www.oldmaps.co.uk  NE of the engine shed, the 1938 map calls it Devon and Exeter Boy's Training School, looking at the modern map on Get-a-map it lay immediately W of a large modern School.
