Are there any MI's available for St. Aldate's?
The OFHS doesn't show any fiche or CD's, but their Interactive Map shows 313 entries for (St. Aldate's).
Might anyone know where these 313 entries may be found?

I see what you mean - it's not exactly clear, is it! It may be that they are only available through the OFHS's search service (there's a link to it from the interactive map page).

Update: I sent an e-mail to St. Aldate's regarding the existence of monumental inscriptions, and was told that the Oxfordshire Record Office should have the information.
Off to send another e-mail... but I fear the records housed at the Oxfordshire record office are only records of death - which I already have.
Has anyone ever been successful in locating a burial plot at St. Aldate's through online inquiries?

Many of St Aldate's headstones have been tidied round the churchyard walls. I shall be going into Oxford tomorrow/some time next week - pm the details of you'd like me to have a look for anyone. Maggott

No, not many at all- I'd be suprprised if there were more than twenty in readable condition. The church is hemmed in by buildings & I reckon it originally had a much bigger churchyard. It's been tidied up & the church has grown-it was closed yesterday so I couldnt get in to see what, if anything. interesting was inside. If you excavate in the centre of Oxford you're likely to dig up bones by the bucketful, so you can tell how much built-over the city churchyards are. Maggott
