I have come across two marriages by licence and wonder if anyone might be able to look up where such licences would be?

Isaac Spire m. Mary Whitford, 8 Jul 1774, Didbrook, Gloucestershire
William Spire m. Elizabeth Hale, 15 Sep 1794, Buckland, Gloucestershire
