Hi,
Can anyone help find William Wright in the 1841 and 1851 census please.

I have him in the 1861 aged 35, born Bingham  Nottingham with his wife Mary, and children.
I have not found his marriage to Mary yet, fist child born about 1852.

I have found a baptism on the IGI for William, 1827 Bingham, Nottingham, parents Thomas & Mary Wright.

This might be the marriage:

William Wright / Mary Parr Q3 1852 Nottingham 7b, 232

Eldest daughter was Eliza Parr Wright on the 1861.

Just found the marriage on Free BDM also - seems to be the only suitable marriage in Nottinghamshire Smiley

I can't see a registration for an Eliza Wright at the right time and place, but an Eliza Parr was registered Bingham Q2. 1852  Cheesy

Hi Trish and Mum 44,

I don't mean to push my luck, but is it possible that you can help me find William and Mary in the 1871 census.
I have them still at Cherry St Nottingham in 1881, but I can't find them or their children in 1871.

Their son Joseph eventually moved to Manchester and married in 1883, but I can't find him in 1871 or 1881.

Well, I can't see Joseph in 1881 at all.

Found Gervase  -  do you have him?

But no sign of Joseph  -  sorry!
