Hi

Can anyone locate a marriage record for me please. Ive tried SP and LDS and im not getting anywhere.

Otto Andreas Schuback married Jane Turner Sinclair 5th October 1898 Dunoon. From Birth cert of a daughter.

I have doubts now that I have Jane Sinclairs correct parents. I cant even find a death cert for her. To make it even trickier they changed their married surname from SCHUBACK to SINCLAIR around the time of WW1.

Hi David

There are 9 births coming up in Dalziel Lanarkshire (one in Cambusnethan) between 1895 - 1915. Is this the family you are researching? It is the only group that came up searching for Shub* and the name came up as SHUBOTHAM.  What was the name of the daughter that you have a birth cert for?

There is no Jane in this list of children  Undecided  I wonder how the early births were registered?

I can view it now.

I left his given name blank. I tried O. and A .  Otto and Andreas I also tried Andrew Sinclair,   which he changed his name to around WW1

I have as much info on the sinclair's and turners as you would wish to find with all the certificates, birth marriages etc . David Augustus was my grandfather.
I have the turners back into the 1700's and the sinclair's on Orkney I also have several pics
what would you like to know?

Charles is not a family member - sorry just the four they becme sinclair in 1913 - I have otto's naturalisation document.
