Surrey Marriage Index please.

Hi,
Is it possible for a look up in the Surrey marriage index ( i think thats where it might be ), for a marriage between a JASPER CLEMENTS and spouse unknown, at St Mary Magdelene, Bermondsey.
Jasper was born 9 Jan 1775 and his first? child born Jan 1799 so marriage probably between 1793 and 1799.

Thanks, i m sure that is him, i ve just been on Dockland Ancestors and found that his wife was called Hannah, now i have a surname!
