Hi Paula,

What a lovely idea, but if you will forgive me would a soft green be more apt for such a lovely lady, it might be this light but this one is a little acid!   Huh

She has such a sweet face that she deserves a mellow softer green.  Having said that it is brilliant!  I couldn't have done it at all! Roll Eyes

What a very clever patient person you are!  You must take after her I think!

PS is the baby in the middle you?

Hi Paula,

I don't believe that for a minute!  I am getting more like my Mum every day, even though I am more like Dad in character.

Everyone loved Mum, so I am hoping that when I get old, I will be as gracious as she was!

Bet you are the same! Grin  You are so generous with your time and quick to help everyone! You see some of us notice these things! It means alot!  Grin

My Daughter hates the fact that she is getting like me! Te he!  I am having the last laugh after all!  Cheesy

My mother-in-law, aged 5, in Grand Chenier, Louisiana.  Check the alligator stomping boots and anti-mosquito stockings.

Lovely having the family together, Dave.

Like the picture of the MIL, erato. We need stockings like that against the West Highland Midge, ask Gadget, she'll tell you....er....on second thought, DON'T ask Gadget.

Disn't answer your PS Rabbit. Yes, the baby in the middle is me.

Hello Paula - What a lovely idea. I remember seeing the picture of Jessie May before - in her hat trimmed with lilac ribbons.

Thank you Dave for family montage - hope you will be able to show us a lot more photos. This has been a wonderful thread.

Erato - ma/in/law was an adorable little girl - any more photos of her ?

M-in-law with little brother.  I recognize that table; it's still in the family.

My own mother at about the same age, with her twin brother, in Bristol.  No anti-mosquito stockings required.  I think Granny must have knitted the little matching outfits.

oops ... modified, forgot to attach photo.
