Ann Eliza Harrison
« on: Saturday 15 March 08 19:30 GMT (UK) »

Hi

I'm looking for a baptism record for my great grandmother, Ann Eliza Harrison. Her parents were Henry Harrison and Hannah and she was born about 1862 in Broadholme, Notts.

Also any info on who Hannah was would be useful.

Thank you

I have her at home with her parents in 1871. Don't know where she is in 1881 as she's not in Broadholme with her folks. I also can't find her in 1891. I know that she was in the Lincoln area sometime around 1898 as her son, Bertie was born in Lincoln. She then married my great grandfather, Joseph Taylor in 1899 and settled in Sutton Bridge Lincs where they had my grandad, Harry and great aunt, Annie.

That's all I know about her.

Re: Hannah - didn't know she was a Barnet but have all the Census infor for 1841/1851/1861/1871 and 1881 for Henry/Mary and Henry/Hannah

Hi Melanie,

as far as I'm aware Broadholme was in the parish of Thorney and those baptism registers haven't yet been transcribed. So it will be a case of looking at microfilm of the registers either at an LDS centre or the records office.
