Help needed with Frances born 1881

in 1881 Frances Sturdy is 9 weeks old, with father Robert(aka Firby) Sturdy 34, wife Mary 31. Can't find her birth or in 1891.
However in 1891 there is a Fanny age 11 with the family, is this the same person?

Fanny is a corruption of the name Frances
