I have been away from RootsChat for about 6 weeks. Before then I'm sure I was posting in discrete sections for the RAF, Navy and Army. Now, I can only find Armed Forces Resources, WW1 and WW2.
If you click on your profile button (at the top of the page) then click on "show the last posts of this rootschatter" (bottom of the profile page) it will show you where your previous posts are.

Please put me straight!! Thanks very much. Tony
Hi Tony, That's a good question Where is the RAF section
I had a look at the Armed Forces Resources section but there's not an RAF thread there.
I should have headed my post 'Where is the navy section?'.
I had been in touch with someone who thought he might have known about an accident to a Sea Venom from Ark Royal which disappeared in the Med off Sardinia in 1956.
I remember at the time wondering whether I should post to the RAF or Navy section as my brother (RAF attached Fleet Air Arm) was lost in this incident with his pilot.
I have checked 'last posts of this rootschatter, as suggested by ShaunJ. My posts on other matters are there but not this one!!
Nell doesn't think that such sections ever existed, so I am extremely puzzled!!
