Hello.
Do you still have access to the indexes for Canonbie etc?
I'm interested in finding out about a John Beattie d. 28/Oct/1769, Thorniewhats, Canonbie and his wife, Janet Holiday d. 11/Feb/1775, also Canonbie. Would this be too early for them to be buried at Canonbie, or might they be buried elsewhere - Eskdalemuir, for instance?
I'd be delighted with anything you might be able to share!

Also the parents Henry Elliot & Helen Little ( might be Eleanor)

I just noticed your kind offer and wondered if you could look up a few things for me?
I am looking for:
1. Dixon's in Eskdalemuir
2. Armstrongs in Canonbie, at Barrascroft. I noticed 2 William's on a previous post but was wondering if there are any more Armstrongs for this area in Canonbie?
3. Also any Armstrongs in Canonbie from Harelewagg or Harelewhill?
