1871 lookup request Ilkeston for Aldred

This is a confusing one!
Im trying to find the parents of Arthur Aldred born around 1873 in Ilkeston. 1901 census has him living with his step father Willim. H. Wood of Durham . 1881 census has him aged 8 living with step father William H Mott (think either Wood or Mott is mistranscribed) and mother Hannah Mott on Abbey Street in Ilkeston. Therefore think Hannah would have been sometime been Hannah Aldred between 1858 and 1875 going by the ages of eldest and youngest children on the 1881 census. Can anyone check the census for Ilkeston and get me the name of the father? The children are Elizabeth, John, Issac, Arthur and William Aldred.

The 1881 census shows stepfather as William H wood.

Possible marriage:

Hannah Aldred - William Howard Wood


1871 shows the father as Isaac Aldred (age 36 in 1871), Lace Maker, b. Ilkeston  Smiley

There's another Isaac Aldred around, ca. 2 years younger therefore you need to get the marriage cert to confirm that your Isaac's father is Samuel.
