barrow / sharp 1901

hello, 1st time ii have asked for help on here - hope you can help
i am looking for robert barrow in the 1901 census. he was born abt 1844 in low wood, although on the different census i have looked at this has changed to back barrow and back edge. i have him in 1851 with his parents james barrow and margaret at 78 new st boughton west.. in 1861 at 112 new st. he married francis sharp in 1864 reg dis. ulverston in 1871 was in west boughton in 1881 in cinder hills and in 1891 in george st, whitehaven. through all the census his trade stays the same as a hoop maker which was also his fatherss trade.
i have his wife in 1901 in whitehaven with 2 daughters   ellen j barrow aged 12 and elizabeth barrow aged 18 however no robert.

Is he not the chap in Barrow in 1901?

Robert BARROW (Boarder, mar) 58 Ship Watchman, Lancs Colton

Colton only seems to be a mile or two from Low Wood and there only seems to be the one chap in 1891 and 1901.
