Spanish, Portuguese & Irish ancestors

Hi,
Up until now I've had all English ancestors, now I've unearthed a host of nationalities!

I've found Jose de Nicolas b.1780 (from family information passed to me he is believed to born in Cadiz Spain, original surname to be Badillo but he's taken his wife's name) and his wife Teresa de Nicolas b.1782 (Oporto, Portugal)
Also I have a Hannah Driscoll b.1876 in Cork, married in 1895 in Cork to Alfred (aka Henry) Nicholas (aka de Nicolas)

Where do I start looking for information?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can't help with Spanish or Portuguese research but Ireland is another matter.
Driscoll is a very common surname in Cork so you need more information to be able to trace the family in church records and other sources. Hannah's marriage certificate should list her father's name and occupation for a start (but exact age, birthplace and mother's name will not be inlcuded on civil marriage certificate). From the place of the marriage you might be able to find the name of a church to check (if the records still exist).
