Problem uploading phpgedview file

I have tried to put this software on my webspace but when I use ftp to transfer there is an error that occurs when moving the files in the index directory.


200 PORT command successful
553 Prohibited file name: .htaccess
ftp>

How do I get round this please?

It seems that it doesn't matter.  At least phpGedView seems to be working at the moment

That's right - we have a .htaccess file in the rootschat webspace already,  but phpGedview works fine with that. Smiley
