Hello Anna,

Thankyou for replying.

I am only using online resources BUT, as I am concentrating on an area rather than a family, I am finding some unusual connections that may not have been discovered otherwise.

The project is ongoing and will become bigger and more accurate the more other people contribute their own research.

So far, there are over 9000 people from the area and 2000 marriages.  I am posting the research on the internet so that it is a free resource for anyone with family in the area.

It is predominantly looking at people living in the census periods from around 1800 to 1900.  Once the census returns are fully incorporated, I will move onto pre-census research.

At present I am using transcribed IGI entries but these will eventually become enhanced (or replaced) by looking at the Parish Registers.
