Jane HUNT « on: Saturday 22 March 08 17:40 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone help me with Jane Hunt? Born abt 1785 in Exeter, married William Dicker in Exminster 17/02/1801 and died 1838 in Exeter. I've found all their children etc. I've had a good search around and come up with nothing further on Jane and need some fresh ideas!

Well that should be your first step. Assuming it was an extracted record and not one put on by an LDS member (which may not be reliable) you should ask for a look up of the actual parish register. Another option is to get the film of that parish and search it at your nearest LDS History centre. They are worldwide and listed on the familysearch site. Searching the film yourself often pays dividends as you also see the burials and can build up a much better picture of the extended family. It is fascinating as you also see occupations and addresses in some cases. It does depend on the individual vicar though. Some were better than others. Andrea
