Aldershot Ellis
« on: Saturday 22 March 08 17:25 GMT (UK) »

I have details of a marriage between Frederick George Radermacher and Mary Ellis 14th September 1901 giving residence for both as 34 St. Michael’s Road, Aldershot.  I know that he was living in London at the time of the census that year but cannot find her.  Was she at the Aldershot address earlier in the year?

Can anyone help please?

Hi

Thank you for helping…

Mary’s father’s name was William Ellis (a builder/bricklayer), but by census night he had changed his name to Storey and was living with rest of the family (except Mary) in Ramsgate.

Mary was 25 at the time of her marriage born in Salford.
