John Greenfield Humphrey

Hi All,

I'm trying to find the parents of my 3G grandfather John Greenfield Humphrey born in Clerkenwell around 1814,  He was a coppersmith by trade.  I think his mothers maiden name might be greenfield as that's his middle name.

Can anyone help?

There's ax extracted baptism on the IGI for John Greenfield Humprhies
14 Nov 1814 St. Andrews, Holborn.  Parents John and Mary Ann

Hi Pauline,

I don't have a date and place, but their first child was born in 1836, so presumably (but not necessarily!) before that.  I've checked FreeBMD.
