Hello Lee

Welcome to Rootschat   Grin  Grin

We are a helpful lot and we'll do our best for you - but we do need somewhere to start  Grin  so perhaps you could give us some dates? Birth dates of Thomas and Mary ?  Birth dates of their children ?

Hi Lee -

To finish off the family in 1851:

Elizabeth married Q1 1849 . There is a James Case on the same page.
On the 1851 Elizabeth Case is a widow, with a 3 month old daughter Elizabeth. They are living with William Case, farmer, apparently James' brother.  Can't tell you anything else about James I'm afraid.

Mary married Q2. 1850.  Four names on the page, and on the 1851 Mary Harrison b. 1831 Drigg is wife of Joseph Harrison - one of the names.  Joseph was born 1829 in Kirkstead, Cumberland, he was a labourer.

Eleanor married Q4. 1859 to either William Shackley or Docker Bell.
William married Q4. 1851 to Elizabeth Hind, Jane Nickolson or Bridget Turner

I'll move on to 1861 and see where they were then

Last of the 1861 - not much:

Hannah is in domestic service at Brimington Hall in Cheshire.

I'm afraid I haven't found either Thomas Jnr. or Jane.

Do you need the 1871 details for the family?
