Asking for a Marriage Lookup

FREE lookups are available from the Northamptonshire Marriage Index. It is held in Excel format and can be searched on any field.
The Northamptonshire Marriage Index covers all Church of England parishes whose records have been deposited at the Northants Record Office.

Some parishes still retain their registers, especially those started in 1837.
Bishops Transcripts and Banns Books have also be used to trancribe marriages, and help fill some of the gaps where the registers are incomplete and/or missing or held at the church.

Detailed information on the coverage, parish by parish, and information on asking for a lookup can be found on Alan Clarke's website

Just what I needed - but when I tried I got 'Service Unavailable'.  Just a blip perhaps?
