Can't find William Ebeneer in 1901 - but if he is listed as just William Morgan then he would be difficult to trace in Wales.
maybe if you put a post on Emmigrants you would get some response -also Armed forces section - there are people who are very experienced researchers in that field and may be able to help you with his service records -if that is what you are seeking too

David Walter was born in Cape Town in April 1906 so you would be looking at a passener listing before that date. Wife was Lucy Ellen but I am not sure whether they married in South Africa or the UK. Ruth
