1841 census

Still looking for John Morris in 1841

I have his wife Sarah (b Kentchurch Herefordshire) in the 1851 census as a widow living with son Benjamin at Yew Tree Cottage, Monmouthshire.

John b abt 1785, a Wheelwright on his son's marriage cert in 1845.
John apparently was still alive at his son's marriage at All Saints Hereford in 1845 (no deceased by his name).

Thanks

Hi
The son was Joseph Morris 15 Apr 1845 Tailor father John Wheelwright but he was on his own in 1841 census.

The Benjamin (32) you have is his brother and he is with Sarah the mother.
With John not being listed as deceased on the marriage cert i hoped he was still alive but if not Sarah should be.
Now and again they don't bother putting deceased by the fathers name even when he is

Thanks
