I believe my Great grandfather and Grandmother were married in Monmouth. Reginald Arthur Williams Rosa Jane Farr Wolborough Newton Abbott her parents I think are John H Farr and Ann P Farr (nee Bowden)
I think I have also found John H Farr's Father in a 1861 Census but it states that he was a widow. William Farr aged 43.
I would like to find the wife of William Farr i think they were married in 1844 in Dittisham, Devon
any help would be appreciated thanks

You have to establish who he married first before you can find out the info you want.
Have you not thought of looking on the 1851 census for the family? Son Samuel was 12 in 1861 so should be on the 1851. That will give you his wifes details - try under Fox
I strongly suspect he married Sarah Jeffrey - have a look at the 1861 image - there is a Jeffrey family living next door
Have a look at freebmd 1858 - death of Sarah Farr in Totnes If you look at other Farr entries on freebmd you will see in the same qtr of the same year the death of Emma Jane Jeffrey Farr which suggests Sarah may have died in childbirth

In 1851 they are indexed as Fox. Although image is unclear, I think it is Farr
Address is just Lower Dittisham and all were b Dittisham
William Farr 33 carpenter Sarah 33 William G 4 Samuel 2

If you do a parent search on the IGI - you will find the christenings of children Samuel, Pauline Jane and William George Farr in Dittisham - parents William & Sarah
PARENT SEARCH ON IGI
www.familysearch.org - On home page - click on “Advanced Search” to the right of the blue SEARCH button
Select “International Genealogical Index” from the left hand menu
Input fathers name and surname BUT only put mothers christian name as not all entries have the maiden name
REGION – select British Isles from the menu
COUNTRY – select one or “All countries”
COUNTY (will appear when you select COUNTRY) – select whichever matches what you know about the family
Click SEARCH
