1891 census
« on: Thursday 27 March 08 10:35 GMT (UK) »

Don't know , if i'm clutching at straws here , but i am looking for Martha Massey aged 72 yrs born in Dawley , she would have been widowed , i cannot find her anywhere in Yorkshire in 1891 (she moved there after 1871 )  her husband died in 1898 and i was wondering if she had gone to stay with family in the Dawley area , found her in 1901 but where she is in 1891 is a mystery any help gratefully recieved .

Hi gah,
bit of a confusing message here:
I take it you have her in 1901 RG13; Piece: 4407; Folio: 18; Page: 27
when she is widowed (husband having died 1898)  and 72 yrs.

In 1891 when you don't have her- would she still be married and 62 yrs?
