Birth look-up c.1745/50
« on: Friday 28 March 08 11:46 GMT (UK) »

I'm looking for the birth of Charles WIGLEY/WYGLEY, son of Obadiah Wigley and Sarah Pickering, in Duffield district.

Obadiah and Sarah married in March 1738 and Charles is said (Ince's Pedigrees) to be their 9th son, although I have only his name and that of his brother William, so any others found would also be of interest.

Many thanks

Yes, Suz, I  had  seen those.  Unfortunately there were quite a few Obadiahs in the area in the 17/1800s so I just have to hope that not too many of them named their sons Charles.

Thanks anyway.
