Searching for info on Christina GUNN.She was married to Robert,fisherman .He diedNov 21,1878 at sea.They had a grandaughterRoberta Gunn Cunningham(she is my wifes grtx3granmother).I only have this info via a poem written by Christina.

Robert Gunn and Christina McKay were married at Latheron, Caithness on 17 Apr 1874.  To find the names of their parents you would need to see their marriage certificate.  This can be downloaded from ScotlandsPeople which is a pay-per-view site.

If you decide to download the marriage certificate perhaps you would also like to have a look at this death certificate which appears to be Robert's wife:  Christina Gunn or McKay died 1883 Dennistoun, Glasgow.

Thanks again.Have found the Roberts father;John =Janet SINCLAIR 1831,Latheron.I now have to find Roberts children to link up with Roberta Gunn CUNNINGHAM.
