Thanks for looking!
It was a George Sears, b. abt 1792, that ended up living at West Wycombe, who was listed as coming from Marlow. Was he perhaps c. there? There is no wife with him in 1841, but he has a number of children, also from Marlow.... Maria b. 1826, David (or Daniel) b.? 1828 - ), Ellen b. 1829, George b. 1831......
I don't know where they married, or what his wife's name was.

Thank you everybody, for the info. I thought that the George Sears living at West Wycombe in 1841 and 51, might have been related to the Stokenchurch Sears..... which prompted me to look for Benjamin at Marlow?
The 2 couples you mention - George and Sarah and Samuel and Margaret who c. children at Marlow, both m. at West Wycombe.....
Now, back to Benjamin and his tribe....... I did find a Jeffrey Sears, who m. at Radnage in 1812, so there is a Radnage link somewhere. If Mary Barney is my Maria, who m. Benjamin, that could explain where the family name Jeffrey comes from....
It is really the Stokenchurch Sears family that interests me. They are a tricky bunch to sort out, as many of the men married more than once. So it is quite a challenge to try and find out who married which Thomas etc. I shall concentrate on sorting them all into "happy families" and think about Benjamin and Maria, at a later date....
Thanks again for all the help.

If it is not too long a list, would it be possible to tell me what Sears records there are at Marlow? Seeing that the George and Sarah and Samuel and Margaret Sears that you mention, married at West Wycombe, I would be interested to see what other links there may be?
Also you mentioned a George Sears, c. 1793, to Samuel and Mary.... that may be one of the 1841 West Wycombe Georges.....
