Please would some kind person look for my BAILEY family in 1841.
Sometimes listed as Bayley.Everyone born Biddulph.Older ones may be married by now though.
Dad Joseph b 1797
Mum Alice b 1790
kids, Mary 1812
Hannah 1815
Sarah 1818
Joseph 1821
Samuel 1823
Alice 1826
Jane 1829
Joseph (again! This is my ancestor) b 1831
There may have been more!!!

On Joseph the son's marriage ceert it says father is an earthenware dealer.
So I'm happy to go with 'pot seller'
