Sarah Jane De Quincey - 1901 look up

Please could someone help locate this person in the 1901 census.  It's not the easiest spelling and to be honest she could be anywhere.

Here's what I know:

Born Billesdon 1846, she discharged herself from the Leicester Union workhouse (cottage homes at Countesthorpe) on 11th May 1892, following the death of her daughter on 9th April 1892.

Sarah Jane was never heard of again until 1914 when she died in January of that year at Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

In 1901 she would have been a widow, her husband died July 1887 in Leicester and she never remarried since her death certificate is clearly Sarah Jane De Quincey.

Any help, clues or ideas would be greatly appreciated, goodness knows I've tried so many times and in so many different combinations.  Maybe someone with 'fresh eyes' and a stroke of luck might be able to locate her in the 1901 census.
