After any help with the children of William Harris brn about 1796 married to Ann ? around 1818. I know of 1 child Annie brn 1823 who married Thomas Trevillion. William's parents were William and Ann Jenkins ( 2nd marriage fisrt was to Ann Butler ) They all seem to be brn in or around Redruth/Probus area. Any help would be great. Lynette

Can you give us a bit more information please? Harris is such a common name. Do you have William and Ann in the Census? Do you know where they were born?
Would this be Ann HARRIS baptised 23 Feb 1823 Probus to William and Ann?
If so there is also
John 28 Feb 1819 Probus Elizabeth 3 Jun 1821 Probus
I see an Ann Trevellian aged 28 in Camborne in 1851 (Mar - no husband present) a dressmaker, along with her children and Mother Ann Harris. All state they were born in Camborne. I see young Ann in 1841 a 15 year old Milliner With her is presumable Mother Ann 40 Ind and presumably younger sister Hannah 11. They are at the same address as 1851..........Kris
Hi Kriss. The William Harris's ( father and son ) both married Ann's, but yes the Ann Harris I am after was baptised in Probus to William and Ann. William was brn abt 1796 and I have lost all access to census info but am looking into year of death for William and Ann. Thanks Lynette

There is also a baptism listed on the same site for Ann 28 Sep 1823 to John and Ann
and also the marriage of John HARRIS to Ann MITCHELL 17 Nov 1814
Why do you think father is William and she was from Probus? Surely there are not 2 women named Ann Harris both born 1823 who are married to Thomas Trevillians.
In the 1851 census one of Ann Trevillion's children is named John Harris TREVELLIAN and another Wm Lean TREVELLIAN (One of the witnesses at John and Ann's 1814 marriage was a Lean ). This is certainly all the same family. John appears to have died in 1835 aged 55.
By 1861 the family is in St Pinnock. Thomas TREVILLIAN a Mine Agent is widowed aged 42 b Camborne. His sister Christian is in the household. In 1841 Thomas appears to be the son of Thomas and Christian (sister Christian in same household)
Looks like Ann TREVILLYAN died Dec 1/4 1860 Redruth
Have you made a mistake here or is there another Thomas and Ann Trevillian out there somewhere? I certainly cannot find another likely couple ..........Kris
Hi Kriss. Sorry to have taken so long to reply been a hectic weekend here. You may be right and I may have got my info wrong. If I remeber rightly the info was given to me by someone a long time ago when I had not long started and I never checked it ( will teach me lol ). Thanks Lynette
