Although you cannot delete some postings the easiest way to correct a duplicate post is to select modify and change the text to indicate that it is a duplicate post and provide a link to the pots which you wish to continue.

Or, you could contact the moderator of that board or any of the "on duty" Mods and ask them to delete the post for you.

PS don't worry about it.
