would any one be able to find me details of a William Ball born about 1803 in bromton near chatham kent, or would there be a baptisment cert or birth cert,
we know he married in 1837 and to hannah lord in chatham, but realy its confirming he was born in bromton or broughton,

Pre 1837 there were no birth certificates only parish records some of which appear on the IGI but I cannot see his birth circa those years .
If someone has access to those records they may be able to look for you.

For Brompton in around 1803, try Gillingham or Chatham.

Thanks for getting in touch,
no i haven't had any luck, it was for a friend in new zealand, its the only one she is stuck with now , i think, i will e-mail her and ask how she got on,
my ones I'm trying to find are the Cains thanks again if you do happen to find any thing on William I'm sure my friend would be gratefull
