Help with an address

I am hoping someone can help with this address, have a birth for Mary Ann Eld but not sure if she is born at Founting Place as the 2 addresses seem to have a different first letter???
Can anyone help

Both addresses are Founting - left one is capital F, right one lower case f, just a slip by Registrar.  Regards, TonyR.

Hi Willsy, have you got Samuel Eld's army papers?

There is a SAMUEL ELD, Born Margarett, Leicestershire, who Served in 38th Foot Regiment which is the same as the father Samuel on the birth cert.  He served between 1825-1844 & was discharged aged 36.

His papers are on the National Archives website in the Catalogue & here's a link http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/catalogue/displaycataloguedetails.asp?CATID=-3946624&CATLN=7&Highlight=%2CSAMUEL%2CELD&accessmethod=0

I think this is your man & you can order the papers by clicking on 'Request this' to the right of webpage.  I believe cost is 40p per page plus postage, so might be worth ordering them to find out more.  Good luck.  Regards, TonyR.

found them the other day and have requested an estimate for them. Have to wait 10 days though because of the system they use
