Hello,
Please could someone help me further with William TARRANT B1851 Chaddlesworth, Married to a Mary ?? if possible I would like Mary's maiden name also there children & a few cenus leading up to 1881.

If it is the same William, doesn't look as though he married until 1881, after the census. Married Mary BAILEY Dec qtr 1881, Wantage, 2c 667, 15 Oct 1881 according to a submitted entry on the IGI.

Possibly him baptised at Chaddleworth 29 Jun 1851, parents William and Susan. William TARRANT married Susannah ARNOLD, 17 Dec 1836 at Chaddleworth, extracted entry on IGI. Children on IGI from then to 1850s.

That William still with his parents and older sister at Chaddleworth in 1881.

The 1881 census is available free on www.familysearch.org, as is the IGI. I don't have access to other census info, but someone else here at Rootschat may be able to help there.

   In 1861 Thomas Pearce and family ( he is a wid)  are living next door to Charles Bailey

   Address is Woolley Downs Chaddleworth. (Ref below is for Thomas Pearce and family)
